Edit* This was origanaly written on March 25th, 2014, way before Gotham appeared on TV and we knew anything about the show. I had no idea that it was still hiding here in my Sta.sh box. That said, with many of major rogues already seen on the show I, like many others, wonder just who lil' Bruce will actually have to fight against when he reaches the point where he becomes the Bat. A bunch of middle-aged men who should either be dead from the violence in their lives or too broken to care anymore? I've come to the conclusion that this is a Elseworlds version of the Batman mythos and have allowed myself to try and enjoy it accordingly. *****

I know that this argument is already very old (and not just by internet standards) but I got pulled into a discussion and decided that if I needed to get my opinion out, then I might as well us my own journal to do it. Personally, I'm okay with the Superman/Wonder Woman relationship. Maybe that is because I can remember a time before Lois and Clark were dating, let alone married. We can say that being in a relationship with a normal earth girl made him grounded, but even that has drawbacks.
